    Regulated period

    I used it for two months and my period became regular. Didn’t use it after that, period became irregular and cramps was worse. Tried other supplement, result was not satisfactory. After 6 months I am ordering again.

    This is my first month taking these supplements and I have endometriosis which for me, means heavy and painful periods. Since taking this I have experienced almost no period pain and my period was shorter, as opposed to my usual 10 day period. I will continue to take these until I conceive.
